Hey @Jacob_Shank , Welcome to the forum and thanks for reporting. I went ahead and looked at your account, can you check your Training Peaks workout (on trainingpeaks.com) for the day and confirm that the title is blank? If that’s the case, adding a title to the workout before launching Zwift again should stop the crash from happening.

The good news is we are aware of this crash and have a workaround, we’re also planning a fix for the next version of Zwift. In the meantime, if you make sure your Training Peaks workouts have a title, you should avoid the crash.

My Zwift app on MacOS has stopped work after last update today in the morning. It closes every time in the paring screen.

Hi @ANDRE_PEREIRA3

Welcome back to Zwift forums. Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and see that you may also be affected by this issue, so I merged your question into this thread.

It appears that you might be syncing a Training Peaks workout with a blank title? If that’s the case - please make sure your workouts have a title before staring Zwift the next time.

Hi Shuji,

Thank you for your attention.
I deleted every file from Treaning Peaks and restarted the app.
Unfortunately, the issue were not solved.

In time, the app works normally in IPhone app.

Anyone else’s game just not working at all?

Tried to jump on for a ride at 5:30pm last night (GMT) and when it gets to the device connection screen it just closes the app.

Tried downloading on my iPhone exactly the same happens.

Again tried at 6:00am today and same happens, there’s no error code it just completely shuts the app down.

Tried it on a windows laptop, desktop pc, iPhone and Apple TV, all doing the same thing?

Hi @Steven_southern welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. We looked at your server logs and are seeing indications that you are also impacted by the Training Peaks blank workout title. If you name the workouts and the Training Peaks end of things before stating Zwift - does that clear up the issue?

Hi John,

Unfortunately my training peaks workout had a title. Zwift is still not working today. Today’s workout also has a title.
My account crashes on PC and on my Iphone. It gets to the Pair Devices page then closes.

Thanks,

Do you have any workout with an empty title in TrainingPeaks within the next 7 days?

I seem to have the same crashing on pairing screen problem. Very frustrating. I don’t have any TrainingPeaks workouts with no titles.

Also crashes on Android so appears to be an account problem. And yes it’s TrainingPeaks link.

**I unlinked from Zwift in my TrainingPeaks settings and that fixed it for now but I’d like the TrainingPeaks connection back. **. (I have no workouts with no name)

Zwift was crashing this morning. I did a fresh install, crashed again. I then uninstalled again, removed all folder, updated my graphics card, and other updates. Zwift still crashes after another fresh install.

I get to the transition before you select your device and it crashes.

Are you a TrainingPeaks user?

I am. Should I disable that sync?

Based on that thread it sounds like workouts with no title are a problem, but others are still apparently having problems even without that condition. So if you have untitled workouts, give them a title and see if it starts working. Otherwise disconnect TrainingPeaks and perhaps import the workout manually.

that seems to have fixed my problem.

Thank you very much!

@Miranda_Smith
I merged your question into the ongoing disucssion. Sorry for any confusion this may create for others reading along!

But glad to hear the workaround (give the workout a title on the TP end) worked for you.

Please note that a fix for this Training Peaks-related crash is solved in game version 1.73.2. Please update Zwift when this version is available to you.
