Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I see you’ve been running version 1.73 on a Windows machine. I’ve flagged up your report to the team.
Can you give us more context on the first “full freeze” - did the Zwift app stay visible and unresponsive, or did it totally crash?
Also - by any chance do you use Training Peaks? There is currently a known issue affecting a small percentage of Training Peaks users
