New here so sorry if I should know.
Zwift crashed 45 mins into a structured workout on Saturday.
It’s happened before but I got a dongle which I hoped would help but clearly hasn’t.
Wahoo X (Sufferfest) has never crashed on me in 5 years but Zwift seems to always fail.
I read somewhere the Zwift team can review the file to help identify the cause.
Does anyone know how do I make that happen?
Can you share some details about what you are running the game on? If it’s a Windows PC, which CPU and GPU does it have and how much memory?
You can contact support via email at support@zwift.com to send them crash logs. The majority of crashes these days seem to be on Windows machines with Radeon integrated graphics so if that’s what you have, it’s a known bug they are working on.
