I had the exact same thing happen to me. Given credit for ride, finished before KOM banner (taken out of event) and no long segment time.
48hrs in and no communication…
Wow!!! This is incredible…my mind is blown. Thank you for sharing this tool.
However, I can’t figure out how to do this comparison to others…
If you go to the Power page and scroll down there are tables and graphs.
Baseline ride completed yesterday with full effort. No email received on phenotype Do I need to repeat it or should I wait?
That’s exactly my quandary; do I redo the baseline? Do I wait, as the data is stored and will appear at the end?
I did a Women Only baseline ride on Thursday, Sept. 16. Shows up as completed in companion app, and I can see my segment times in the app, but I never got the email and so don’t know my “phenotype”. My email settings allow for emails from Zwift on this and other topics. Seems like every other report by somebody not getting a baseline email is either closed (so I can’t see how / whether the problem was resolved), or still open with no response from Zwift (although a few people did report getting an email 3-5 days later). Anyone else still waiting on the baseline ride email more than 48 hours afterwards? And is there no way to view your phenotype without the email?
This isn’t the first time this has been an issue. It was an issue with the Wahoo mission earlier in the year.
Hey Zwift, when people sign up to participate in something, they should receive emails about that thing. Just like, when you purchase something online, you get a receipt. This is not marketing, it’s a transactional part of the participation in the activity.
Basic stuff.
I did the ride on Tuesday morn, got the first (empty) email the next day, did not get the updated “correct” email after that - and the “View in Browser” trick still shows empty for me. So, they haven’t figured it out for everyone yet. I’m not super worried about it since they do have the data, and the rides are showing as complete in the companion app, but it’d be nice to get the email nonetheless. I don’t think there’s another way to see your phenotype at the moment.
This happened to me yesterday as well. Now I see in the companion app I have no “Long” segment time.
I’m having the same issue. I’m not sure if I should do it again or if I’ll have the same issue. Did you end up redoing it?
Baseline ride done yesterday morning. It’s listed is finished and I can see the 3 interval results. No email as of yet.
I just did the Long FTP short blocks - the last 4x2:30 intervals had prompting to say, “you only have 8 minutes of work” and congratulated you at 2 min vs 2:30 min. Doesn’t seem like it should be that hard to get the text prompts to match interval…
But, the best part of the day is learning about Intervals.icu - thank you!
My ZA email notifications were disabled by default and I received an empty Baseline email and 2 filled Baseline emails since my Baseline ride on Monday.
Don’t think it has anything to do with the ZA email notification setting.
I questioned Zwift earlier in this thread how I could have received the emails even if I never turned ZA emails on, and I didn’t get a response.
I don’t think they know what’s going on.
Not yet…
the same for me.
See my post a bit higher up, I had the opposite.
Clearly something is not right with mail settings/mailing list.
Hi, can anyone indicate the latest update from Zwift regarding late/overdue Phenotype emails after completing the Baseline session more than 24-hours (despite checking Junk/Spam, 42 hours and counting so far!)? If not, where should we raise this directly with Zwift to investigate further on a per user basis?
Just did the baseline, finished the route but don’t it isn’t ticked off my checklist… Anyone know what might have happened? On strava I’ve got a time for Legends and Lava so I’m sure I did the full thing, plus I carried on down the volcano for 3km or so.
