Well, you can - using the -m -M flags for manual power or grade.
For Zwift you need USB dongles.
Please checkout the manual and use github to raise further questions or issues.

Moet ik de usb drivers op Windows 10 eerst verwijderen en dan de libusb software zoals in manuel staat downloaden.

There is discussion whether TTS and FortiusANT can run together, but not proven.
Bote: if you remove TTS it seems you cannot reinstall.

Hi Wouter, Zwifting with Elite B+ rollers but I have a couple of tacx trainers with the fortius head units. I’ve managed to get the fortius to connect to zwift and manipulate the avatar, but get no feedback to the trainer to increase resistance for hills. Should this happen? Thanks. Kev (Oxford, UK)

Maar wat denk je dat ik op je vraag kan zeggen: nee zou betekenen dat de software zeker niet werkt; dus bljift ja over:-)

Ik begrijp het Jacob. Dat is inderdaad jammer. Als je op github op de kaart kijkt, zie je dat de software in 27 landen gebruikt wordt. Ik denk dat het manual goed uitlegt hoe e.e.a. werkt; is engels onoverkomelijk dat moet je even de handige buurman of neef vragen.
Je kunt met 1 laptop werken; daarin moeten dan wel twee dongles aanwezig zijn - 1 voor FortiusANT en de andere voor Zwift.

Volg de stappen in het manual; nadat libusb is geinstalleerd ontdekt FortiusANT de trainer
