No I did the volcano circuit then once completed did a u turn and did the ccw route before returning to the start finish then did the volcano flat route. Just the volcano flat that did not register.
You are supposed to save and restart after each route. There is a bug with the volcano circuit where you can get both by pulling a u turn as soon as you see the banner on screen that you got the badge achievement. You are not supposed to be able to get more than one per ride.

Ah ok never realised that there was a limit. Thought as long as you complete the route you would be rewarded for it.

It happens a lot and is not user error. Itās very frustrating! Iām also annoyed that you canāt upload screenshots using the companion app, it crashes. I had to use a desktop computer to post this.
I also didnāt get the badge for Tour of Fire and Ice and I definitely went over the top!
And I recently did not get the banner for London Pretzel either, even though I did more distance that the route (i.e. 55.7km).
Hi. I posted in the Surrey Hills thread today about not getting the route badge (rode 33 miles and climbed 3867ā) and @Nigel_Tufnel pointed out that it appears that Iād spawned just in front of the start line not behind it. I could have ridden forever and never finished as āofficiallyā I didnāt start. Would you guys consider fixing the spawn point for that route please, and bring it behind the start line. Thanks
I rode the out there and back route today but did not get the badge. Zwift insider indicates the route is 39.9 km with a 2.4 km lead-in. I rode about 46 km and checked my badge page after the ride but it was not there. Anyone had an issue with getting this route badge?

When I descended from the Volcano, I kept going around and around on the Volcano circuit, which was strange as I did not press any navigation keys. I looked at the animation of the route on Zwift hacks and I see where the remainder of the route should have taken me.

I completed the highline and the 6 train, got both the banners crossing the finish line but badges are not awarded
I just rode the London Pretzel and then an extra 5 km but did not get the badge. I see that for some reason I was slightly under the meters required to get the badge and wonder if this could be the reason the route was not considered complete. Another user posted about the Pretzel so I wonder if something is going on with this route.
I just road Greatest London Flat route and wasnāt awarded a badge. I road 20.14mi, which should have covered the ride and any lead-in.
Any ideas what I might need to do in the future?
Have you done workouts before and got a badge? Iām guessing you didnāt somehow do a double u turn at any point? Iām assuming it wasnāt part of a meet up with keep together enabled? Looks like you did the route to me. I did that route yesterday without problems, so no idea whatās up.
Yes, I have earned a badge while doing a workout (Lady Liberty on 5/7).
No u-turns at any point. No meetup. Straight away pick a route, pick a workout and go.
The only thing that I wonder about is that I did pause the workout at one point to get off the bike, grab a towel, remount, and unpause.
@Rich_Mayfield_TVTC it looks like you received the Greatest London Flat route badge on Jan. 30th, 2020.

@Nigel_Tufnel, @Ben_Brawn - Omygosh. I think this may be a self-inflicted mistake on my part where Iāve mixed up āGreatest London Flatā and āGreater London Flatā. I think everything is accurate in the system and this is user error. Will try again next rideā¦ Thanks for your attention

A friend of mine recently did the same. whoops!
Completed both of these routes this week and the badges are not showing up in achievements. Rode alone and chose the route to ride from the menu, it seems that some badges are saving and not others as Mountain 8 was fine yesterday.
@Tony_Woodward, what device do you use for Zwift? I have seen issues where, especially if you use multiple devices, having numerous log ins but not enough log outs can cause this. Or, if on Apple TV, you need to force close the app and/or power cycle the A TV before each ride.

Cheers for your reply Mike, I use a Windows PC to record all rides and use Companion on an Android phone, close PC after ride and Companion then ends ride. I use an iPad to just have a look at things occasionally.
