Known completed routes missing from Companion app [3.60]

Hi
Since this update I have had a couple of completed route badges I had completed removed and change to none completed, on the companion App.
These include :-

  1. in Watopia, Mayan Mash (shows completed 16th June 24 on Zwift Power)
  2. in Makuri Turf n Surf (shows completed 23rd June 23 on Zwift Power)
  3. In London Triple Loops in Watopia,(shows completed 29th Sept 2021 on Zwift power)

I think I may have done these a number of other times but not sure, I am not sure why this might of happened, I don’t mind doing them again if needs be.

I have checked on the game and all these 3 routes are showing completed but not on the companion app

I have the same; it’s a known bug I believe although saw today a new iOS Companion App release and hoped it would fix this but alas no; still present for me.

We believe we found the root cause and are working on the fix in the next major release cycle.

Wanted to verify with both of you that you have completed well over 200 available routes in Zwift, is that correct?

I have done 198 so just less than 200, if that makes any difference.

Not every route has a badge, so having less than 200 might be correct in your case.
