Known completed routes missing from Companion app [3.60]

Hi
Since this update I have had a couple of completed route badges I had completed removed and change to none completed, on the companion App.
These include :-

  1. in Watopia, Mayan Mash (shows completed 16th June 24 on Zwift Power)
  2. in Makuri Turf n Surf (shows completed 23rd June 23 on Zwift Power)
  3. In London Triple Loops in Watopia,(shows completed 29th Sept 2021 on Zwift power)

I think I may have done these a number of other times but not sure, I am not sure why this might of happened, I don’t mind doing them again if needs be.

I have checked on the game and all these 3 routes are showing completed but not on the companion app

I have the same; it’s a known bug I believe although saw today a new iOS Companion App release and hoped it would fix this but alas no; still present for me.

We believe we found the root cause and are working on the fix in the next major release cycle.

Wanted to verify with both of you that you have completed well over 200 available routes in Zwift, is that correct?

I have done 198 so just less than 200, if that makes any difference.

Not every route has a badge, so having less than 200 might be correct in your case.

I looked at your profile from my end. You’re a very high-level Zwifter - when you’re looking at the game’s Badges menu - I’m guessing that you’ve earned more than 200 of the available badges? If yes - this is known issue we’re talking about on this other thread, so I can move this post over there.

Yes, I have completed all but 11 cycling routes and 7 running routes.

Hi @shooj any update on this? I see there was a Companion App update today but this issue is still there and in fact getting worse all the time with more new routes added to the game. (Which I guess makes sense with your thoughts on it being linked to high number of routes completed)

@shooj I seem to have the opposite problem - Itza Climb Finish shows as complete in Companion app but I have no completion badge in the main game app. Rode that route today 29/09/2024.

This is still an issue. I have several routes that show as not complete in CA, but I have completed them.
I was complete on all of London’s routes years ago, yet the CA shows London 8 and Triple Loops as not complete.
I’ve done all the France routes, but Casse-Pattes shows as not complete.
Innsbruck was complete, but Achterbahn shows not complete.
There are many more as well.

There are loads more routes missing now, I think every time I complete a new route and get a badge in the game, one is taken from the companion app. For example I did peak performance the other day (shows complete on companion) and London 8 was removed (from companion).
I think there is probably some sort of limit of complete badges can show in companion, so if one is added after this number one is taken away. I use ios (not sure what level though if that makes a difference) for companion and PC for the game.
