Since returning to Zwift this season, I cannot follow myself on the map on Companion or give ride ons. I am connected with Companion on iPhone and Apple TV. What am I missing?
Device with Companion installed needs to be on the same WiFi network if it already is I would try deleting Zwift on ATV and reinstalling I had the same issue on MAC OS deleting and reinstalling Zwift App solved the issue.
What happened to my list of routes and workouts? I was using that to teach my next ride! Putting Activities in its place - which, like Events, was always a click away from the Home Screen - is a waste of screen real estate. Or did you just remove the feature entirely? I don’t see it in the … menu either.
You can add workouts (and presumably routes, though clicking on Routes today isn’t doing anything, which was reportedly fixed a couple weeks ago) to your list but there’s seemingly no way to access that list in the companion app. Incredibly frustrating. I thought the companion app was supposed to be for planning rides - group, events, or otherwise.
Still can’t register for a workout plan either. If we have to use the full game to plan rides, what’s the point of the companion app?
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app on iOS 18.1 (I tried restarting it first before posting) Mt List is back and I can click on Routes again. Not sure what’s going on. Corrupt local cache of data? Are bottom buttons even configured that way? Or did the App Store push out an old update or something?
Why can’t we access this mass Ride On option while logged into Zwift?
I try to give the Ride Ons and I have to achieve this by disconnecting from the same network I am connected to while in-game, so I can access this thumb again. This has always been annoying that it cannot be accessed somewhere while in-game.
