If you’re experiencing this issue, and haven’t yet written into our team, what I would ask of you is to do the following:

Follow the instructions on this article to obtain your log files. Please do your best to pinpoint the specific date that you had the issue so we can find the corresponding log. *Note that AppleTV users will not be able to obtain log files.

Send the files to our team at support@zwift.com and make explicit mention of the ticket number ZBRI-662 as well as a link to this forum thread so we can quickly find the conversations.
This will allow us to collect all your reports and log files in an efficient manner and get you all sorted out.
Thanks a ton for all your help and patience. In this day and age, we all know that if it isn’t recorded it doesn’t count, but that shouldn’t mean it gets lost because of something we might be able to fix.
