Failed to Login. Check internet connection

Hi is anyone having this problem today?

“Failed to Login. Check internet connection”

I have been using Zwift on my MacBook Air for almost 18 months now.

  1. Payment up to date
  2. Password is fine
  3. Internet is working fine with current download speed of 33MBPS
  4. I’ve re-started my laptop multiple times with no change
  5. I’ve deleted Zwift and re-installed with no change
  6. I’ve deleted browser cache
  7. I last used Zwift on Tuesday with no issues at all
  8. I can log in fine to Zwfft account online (and also this forum where I’m posting) with no issues

I’ve emailed support but if anyone has any other great ideas let me know.

thanks

There could be a routing issue with your ISP that is causing you not to be able to connect to the Zwift servers.

This has happened from time-to-time during the virus.

Same issues too. I had organised a group ride some got on most didn’t gŕrrrrrrrrr

Looks like there might be an issue with some UK ISP’s routing traffic to the Zwift servers.

I have this problem too.

UK based.

Typical, all dressed up and nowhere to go.

I’ve even had a dreadful food day happy in the knowledge I was going to smash 2 hours on the bike lol

You could try a VPN.

it seems that there are lots of people in the UK having the issue today, I’ve read a lot of reports with people saying they’ve tried changing devices, and even one said VPN didn’t help - fingers crossed Zwift get it sorted soon

Again I can not login from Austria!

Working now for me in the UK.

yeah I’m back in, just can’t get my companion app to sync now!

Hey all - please let us know:

  1. The country where you’re located
  2. Which ISP you’re using
  3. Is this a cellular data, or landline (fiber / cable / DSL) connection?

We’ll continue to monitor this thread for your reports.

I‘m using Zwift. Since yesterday it‘s not working anymore. When I try to connect:
. it takes very long, to get to the login windows at all
. After ages it comes back and tells me, that I‘m logged in, but no roads are available
. Sometimes I can login, if I try again and again

My Internet connection is ok.

Same issue than other zwifters. Companion app takes ages to start up or it doesn’t. Internet connection is ok at home since other devices have no issues.

It doesn’t work either landline or mobile connections.

Everyone:

  1. Please check your ability to reach our servers.
Look for the results in the US-West-2 region (Oregon).

Is everything green check mark? If no - please note which IP Prefix and IP address do not pass.

  2. Please contact your ISP with this information and ask their help to ease traffic to Amazon AWS.

  3. Lastly - please let us know what your ISP’s response. We need this information so we can ask for AWS’s help from our end.

All green ticks for me too on the server page.

Many thanks.

Did you do the test the Shooj suggested above.
