Does this delete past rides?
It would be good if we could upload .fit files into zwift when tee app refuses to save. I had three rides refuse to sync with the server today. So frustrating.

I have this problem as well with approx. 10 rides. Either on a macbook or a windows machine in different networks. Strava upload works but the trainingsplan in the companion app shows no progress.
As zwift is all about gamification this kills it for me as there are no drops or xp received. Uploading the fit file manually is a crucial feature besides that the game should save the progress every 5 minutes at the server (like absolutely any online game is doing).
Fix the endless bugs in this game as we are paying for it!

If the ride doesn’t upload then it’s not even worth the work. I heard stories that long ago people measured their pulse by counting and used maps!
I had the same issue today. I did a time trial “The Zwift Fast Friday Time Trial” . Everything started and finished OK, but when the file closed the result didn’t get uploaded. Coincidentally my system did a Zwift update today as well.
Is that race result gone ? On my companion app it says
“Activity details could not be loaded”. Sure having lots of trouble with these files.

Same issue for me yesterday. evrythink terinated normally, save and send Strava and Garmin.
No activities on both and zwift activity not save too.
I’m on Windows 10 and activity number 10
If you look in \Documents\Zwift\Activities you will see a .fit file for that date and you can manually upload it to 3rd party sites (Garmin and Strava).

Same problem here. Zwift knows I’ve done workouts as it has the date on the workout that I completed it but it’s not in my feed… How has this been on for a year and not fixed? Perhaps came back with the update

Can you describe your problem, how long was the ride, what system you use, did it save to Zwift or Strava?
@Gerrie_Delport - it seems like rides are not exporting to Strava right now. More likely a Strava issues, as my ride successfully saved within Zwift, Garmin, and Training Peaks.

Thanks for your reaction.
Attached you find a printscreen from my ride. Weirdly enough it shows up in my activities yet it isn’t added to the overall count.
I checked and the .fit file is saved on my laptop, yet it did not sync for some reason it seems. I use Windows (not sure what version).

I have seen reports that sometimes it does not add to your overall count.
Same issue here for a while now. Thinking it is MAC compatibility issues with Zwift - has been going on for a while.
Ride ends, activity not uploaded to Zwift, TP or Strava.
Log into the Companion Apps and it says I am still riding!! Obviously not as I hit ‘Save to Strava and Exit’ - MAC laptop is off.
So logged back into Zwift on Mac and started/stopped another ride, that pushed the activity through to Zwift, but I now notice and ‘inProgressActivity.fit’ file in the documents/activities directory.
Try to upload the last .fit file to Strava as Zwift did’t sync, and get error ‘…malformed…’
So basically you have real issues Zwift as I have dropped lots of rides and do not want to keep riding if I cannot record them.

ok so tonight I installed the Zwift app onto a Windows machine, got off the WiFi (wired ethernet up old school). And absolutely no problems.
So … through away MAC and WiFi for swift.
The in progress fit file is always like that. That’s not related to your issue. The fit file with the dates are the ones you want. (Clearly there is something going wrong I’m not denying that).
