i used zwift the last winters and i wanted it these winter too, so i just installed it on my windows 11 notebook. After updating with zwift luncher i pressed “lets go”. So nothing realy happend. The launcher moved to taskbar. When i click on the launcher again, its just like nothing happend, there is still the “lets go” button.
So i checked the internet, delete all cookies, caches in opera and egde (i did not have internet explorer), reinstall zwift, delete companion app, but at all, zwift is still not start.
This may sound silly but how long did you wait and how old/low spec is your notebook? I use an iPad usually for Zwift but I have tried it on a low-end notebook previously and I found that the behaviuor you described happened but it did eventually launch, it just literally took several minutes with nothing apparently happening as it presumably slowly chewed through the loading process. So I would reboot, launch it and go and make a cup of tea/leave it literally five minutes and see if it finishes launching.
If that isn’t it, then think when it launches it makes a bunch of requests to the web too maybe to check for updates etc, and I’ve seen people before find that turning off antivirus helps, or making sure that there is no firewall or anything running that might be blocking it.
There are some logfiles on Windows that might tell you what the problem is if neither of the above is the issue - you can find how to access them here - Locating Log Files - whether they’re any use in figuring out the issue may depend how technical they are or how useful the logged info is - maybe post any errors in the logs here and people might be able to help you decipher them and figure out the issue (though probably not me ! )

Thanks for the log info. There’s not a lot to go on there - the only thing that looks really odd to me is the “window size 0x0”, i.e. a zero-size display?
I’m not technical enough to know what might be causing that but it seems like a few other people have had a similar issue to you previously and got the same message in logs: Software problem with Windows 10
It looks like a full reinstall (and deleting Documents folder Zwift contents) potentially fixed it for one of them? But I’ll be honest I am out of my depth here, I’m not technical enough to know how to help you further on this. Hopefully someone with more technical knowledge will swing by and help further if the above link doesn’t help!
Those lines are normal, I suspect it’s just the log file’s way of saying the screen is in the ‘right’ place; i.e. starting from the top left (location 0,0) and not being off to the side of extended displays etc.
However the very next lines usually are the identification of the graphics card/OpenGL driver. So OP’s issue is likely there.
I had a similar issue with an Acer aspire that I also had not used for months. Turned out to be the use of the documents folder by Zwift and this residing in One Drive which I did not use and had turned off. Once turned back on, it all jumped back into life…hope this helps.
