Workout didn’t load

The Ineos workouts were having a number of issues, and this was bug reported a few weeks ago as evidenced here.

If you’re still getting the occasional issue where other group events don’t load the workout, it’s been my experience that this is typically attributed to the internet (e.g. WiFi) connection between your device (e.g. your iPad), your network devices (e.g. your WiFi router and/or router modem combo), and the Zwift servers. Basically, there’s something specific about your internet connection that could be blocking certain aspects of Zwift and preventing the group workout from downloading when you join the event.

It’s been my observation that if it happens often and consistently, then I’d say it could be something more advanced like perhaps your router firewall settings that are blocking Zwift. However, since the issue seems to be intermittent for you, it’s logical to surmise that it’s perhaps just bugs or loops in the operations of your network devices. This can typically be resolved by restarting your router, as explained in this article.

It should only take a few minutes to restart your network devices, so maybe give that a try the next time you encounter this issue and see if it helps. Thanks!
