Same for me. Did stages 1-4 on schedule and got emails for all of them. Did stage 5 as a makeup on Saturday and got no email and no notification that I had completed the tour. What is going on?
For what it’s worth, I completed all of the stages on the first go-round, AND received e-mails of completion for all 5 stages. After the 5th stage the e-mail indicated that the kit would show up in my garage sometime this week. So, perhaps we should just give it another day or so before giving up hope. Maybe the folks at Zwift have some last minute holiday shopping to get done.

Completed tour last Wednesday with no make up days. Received e-mail confirmation for all stages and e-mail about kit. Where is a zwift response to let everyone know what is going on? We shall see.

Hi everyone! I just received my jersey. Sorry for asking but these are my first months on Zwift and I was afraid that something went wrong.
So don’t be afraid, sooner or later the kit will arrive.

I got my email and the Jersey was in my garage despite no “new item” notification

I finished the tour got the email and - my garage says there are 6 new items - but there is not anything new there except a pair of socks. Why the 6 ? I thought the 10,000 goal would do something for a charity. Any update on that?

I think we might be talking about different in-game events? We achieved the goal of 10,000 people each running / riding 9.9 hours during the month of November to raise money for the Movember organization.
The “new” items in your garage should become not new once you click them and your avatar wears them. The dots socks are awarded for reaching your current level 28.
Still no jersey. I rode all 5 stages, with #2 on makeup day. I only got two stage emails. Companion app shows all completed. Never got a ‘all stages done’ email. It was my first multi-stage event, and I surprisingly sad at not receiving my swag. How do I check into it?

For those who completed all the stages without issues (i.e. got completion emails for all of them) - the Tour of London jersey will appear in the middle of the jersey list in your garage.
We’ve been manually checking on behalf of those who’ve raised your hands in this thread. @Bill_Coffee and @Marcella_Shone you should be seeing that jersey now.
