@shooj thanks for manually checking. I also completed all five stages and received confirmation email. Alas, no kit. Clearly, an apex problem of the privileged, but would be nice to have that little bugger!

Same story for me… did Stages 1, 3, 4, 5 in their respective windows and got the confirmation e-mail. Did Stage 2 as a make-up, never got the e-mail or the kit.

I completed all of the stages but never received the kit, nor any emails. I’m new to zwift. Do I need to be a certain level to unlock the kit?

I got the confirmation email that I completed the tour of London and should have the jersey in the garage on the following Monday. But have still yet to see it, and I did get in touch with support who said they were looking into it from their end. So far nothing again. Somewhat disappointing end to my first tour on Zwift.

I’ve got a ToL jersey but I’m sure I had one from last year’s event. Not got a 2019 outfit though I received the email confirming I’d completed the tour and the jersey would be in the garage soon.
