Isn’t the real issue here that many people are completing workouts or stages and then either not being credited or credited with a different ride - like in my case. This must be a bug and recorded as such. No?
Then fixed obviously.
I think it’s more a sheer volume issue, but absolutely agree with your point.
Thanks James. I’ve only recently started using Zwift and was disappointed with the initial response I got from support ambassadors.
But I accept that bugs happen and as long as it’s not a regular occurrence can live with it until fixed.
I finally got a CS response today, this is after riding stage 3 times and finally getting it to register myself, the cs response was pathetic making excuses of must be double logged in , not sure how with only one device, wish they would own their problem and fix instead of making excuses after days of waiting its pathetic
UPDATE
If you rode any Tour de Zwift Stage 2 Category A event over the weekend, we have started the process to retroactively credit your completion badge for Stage 2.
This will take several hours. Please allow until tomorrow (approx Jan 19 05:00 UTC).
- Please make sure you’ve exited the game app, especially if you’re on the mobile platforms (AppleTV / iOS / Android).
- Next time you log in - you should see the completion badge on the game app.
If you’ve done all of that and do not see the completion badge - please use the Contact Us link on support.zwift.com so we can provide one-on-one assistance.
Wanted to circle back and let you all know that the stage completion badges have all been awarded for those who rode Stage 2 Category A events last weekend.
You should also know that the fix for the Alpe du Zwift graphics freeze is in yesterday’s game patch v1.21.1. Please update before your next ride up the Alpe.
I am genuinely impressed how quick you guys seem to fix things when it causes you some pain - this issue has simply being ignored for months.
Now, how do we ensure all bugs get this attention and resolution…
