TdZ Stage 2 again Problems

Today i repeated the Stage 2, because the last time the result was not saved to the Zwift App und not in Zwift Power. I wrote some E-mails to the support, but no result.
Today I have the same problem. Also the Stage 2 was not marked as finished in my App. I’m really disappointed about the support and the quaility of the Zwift application . The bug seems to be known, but not solved. Why i pay money for such a service ?

Did you actually go far enough, it look like you stopped at the top of the Alpe.

The finish line for the event is a little further past the arch at the top of the alpe, you need to go about 100 or 200 meters past the arch on the road as it curves around the top.

Yes, I stopped, at the top of the Alp. But i crossed the finish line and the distance was over (0 Meter) and i can see the event in my Zwift activities ?

Oh je , maybe thats is the problem, but why I can see this event as finished in Zwift in my activities and in Strava and I crossed the finish line (looks like ) ?

The fact that you see the event in activities and on Strava does not mean that you completed the event it just mean you successfully saved the event. the event does not show on your ZP and that indicate to me that you did not finish the event.

Ps. why didn’t you ride around the top and freewheeled down the Alpe, that can give you a lot of XP and drops for very little effort.

Stage 2, Cat A distance is reported as 17.6 miles and you only went 17.4, you stopped short I’m afraid.

Yes, You are right. The problem seems to be, that a have not rided until the end of this stage.
It looks for me like the end, but was ist not really.

O, Dear, I have now finished this Stage 2 times to finish all 8 stages, but not sure if i do it again (third time) . It was really hard.

Thanks for your support.

Ride on.

do the C cat ride, it is the shortest and will count just the same to get you the full kit award.

Cat C is the London Loop, one trip up box hill is all.
