RIDE. SPIN. WIN!

Complete each stage and get your chance at the epic prize wheel, where everyone’s a winner and you can’t walk away empty-handed! Didn’t get the unlock you wanted? Re-ride the stage as many times as you like for another spin. Plus, prizes rotate weekly, giving you fresh items to chase, and any duplicates you land on are instantly converted into bonus Drops for the Drop Shop! Don’t miss out on this week’s exclusives!

What will make the spinners appear?

The new 2026 spinners are tied to completing Routes featured in Stages 1 - 4.

The Mystery Spinners are tied to completing a Segment (i.e. a QOM / KOM or Sprint segment). Some segments may be used on multiple routes.

Will each Mystery Spinner have the same unlocks or will they differ from one spinner to another?

There are 4 unique collections of unlocks shared across 8 Mystery Spinners. That means each Mystery Spinner can be found on 2 completely different segments in Watopia.

If you already have the unlock, will it grant bonus Drops or XP?

Duplicate rewards will grant you Drops bonuses. Drops bonuses will be tiered based on the rarity of the unlock. Drops bonuses will range from 10k to 40k.

Ride On!

I rode this morning - though prior to the usual 9am Pacific time that server-side things typically get turned on - and nothing happened when going by the mystery spinners. Is this a server-side switch that wasn’t on yet or do I need to do something other than just ride past the mystery spinners?

New “moto” bike looks appropriately ridiculous, going to have to unlock that one (and then never use it).

I’ve got a fully upgraded BMX and Atomic Cruiser so I’ll probably upgrade the Moto if I get it. Not sure why however… Guess it will be another choice of Zwift bike to upgrade for anyone wanting the Tron upgrade, and it will grant more XP and Drops presumably.

Are the mystery spinners now active?

they are supposed to be

Yes, it seems they are linked to a segment, and you have to complete the segment to get the spin, not just ride through the banner.

I just got the spin for volcano clockwise loop.

How are we supposed to figure out which segments get spins? Not even ZI lists it.

not much of a hunt if all the locations are published…

Did you do multiple volcano loops and get the spinner each time?

Yes, did two laps, got the spin after both laps. But not after going through the banner the first time.

They’re directional too. Zwift KOM has one, but the reverse KOM does not activate it.

It would be fun to see how long it takes to do all 8 spinners.

I stumbled across a mystery spinner on the Jarvis KOM going ccw about 30 mins ago. Thought it was a glitch in the Matrix!

So much for getting exclusive items from previous years when you can get them now.

So by looking at the map it looks like it are mostly KOM’s and the Volcano Circuit.

Zwift KOM , Volcano KOM, Volcano Circuit, Jarvis KOM CCW, Radio Tower, Epic KOM, Alpe and Mayan.

Zwift kom-jerseys

Volcano loop CW - headgear\shades

Jarvis kom CCW - jerseys

I guess one small loop would be to start at The Classic, ride towards Volcano CCW (u-turn at banner) to ride one complete lap, continue up Volcano KOM, ride back down towards Zwift KOM?

Just noticed that too. Only jerseys at Jarvis. So for me thats the best drops machine since I have all jerseys from past years. 15k extra drops each lap. And I have upgraded my Scott Addict to level 5 so 5% extra drops, although sadly that doesnt add up with the 15k

Just done two 2Km gentle rides on Hilly Loop, to get spin at top of ~0.9Km ~5.6% Zwift KOM.
1x London Punk
1x Funky(?) Tile

jerseys.

~10mins per ride from Downtown.

Can’t see any other spin being quicker for same ballpark pace, trainer difficulty set at 100%, gets legs better prepared for short hills outside given meterological spring starts March 1st.
