I finished stage 1, but my progess is still 0%
I re-installed both Zwift and the Zwift Companion app, but this didn’t help. I use Zwift on my Android phone, yes enough storage. I also sent a message to Zwift, but maybe someone here knows how to fix this.
You can’t fix it, and pretty much every campaign has these issues. Support can credit you for the ride. I don’t know why these campaigns are so unreliable but it’s really common and has been for ages.

We had big spin stages that did not spin, we had inside out workouts that did not register, now this…
I don’t know if there’s a difference in how the ZRacing series tracks progress compared to all the other series out there, if there’s some complexity to it that I can’t see. All I know is that pretty much every time a campaign comes up, there are numerous reports of missing earned progress in all the places where I observe reports like this. It wastes customer time, support time. I would love to see more effort applied to making these things reliable because they are an important part of the game. Something is going on every month.
This is the first time (that I can remember) that there has been a progression issue with a ZRacing campaign - appreciate there have been difficulties in the past with non racing programmes.
FWIW we are basically doing with you have suggested (Paul) in terms of a review of why this has been happening more recently.
Inside Out was the most recent campaign that had a large number of progress failure reports. I have no idea if it’s the same issue but that’s a recent one.
