Last night i finished 9th place in the cityscapes stage 1 race but my challenge says 0% complete even though it recorded in my activities. What do I have to do? Do I need to place higher?

You need to send a message ti Zwuft Custoner Service including screenshots of the activity. They will adjust your progress.

I see you weren’t credited for Stage 1 of the “Cityscapes” ZRacing Series, and I’m happy to help!

I took a look at your account and see that you did complete Stage 1. It should be visible in your account. If you don’t see it, try logging out and logging back in.

I see you gave me credit today but that night and the whole next day it didn’t. Today’s day three but it’s good now
