Zwift Camp: Inside Out is Zwift’s all-new six-week workout program designed to help you prepare for your outdoor rides—no matter the season! Whether you’re gearing up for longer outdoor efforts or looking to maintain your hard-earned fitness indoors, these workouts will boost your capacity and endurance.
Zwift Camp: Inside Out registration opens on April 7, 2025, at 16:00 UTC and closes on May 31, 2025 at 15:00 UTC. To convert to your local timezone, click here.
Zwift Camp: Inside Out will have 6 stages over 6 weeks. You can sign up for group workouts or complete any stage individually and on-demand. The first 5 stages are workouts that progress in difficulty to build your endurance for longer rides. The 6th stage is a route, not a workout, that should be done at an all-out effort.
If you plan to participate in Zwift Camp: Inside Out, each stage will be locked until the stage start window and will remain open through the end of makeup week.
Events will be scheduled to run every hour, including during make-up week.
For added motivation, we have developed a workout sheet for each week of the program to get you geared up for outdoor rides ahead of you. Pair each Zwift Camp: Inside Out workout with another indoor session like riding with a RoboPacer during the week and cap the week with some distance outdoors. Download the workout sheet here.
We are also bringing you all new exclusive unlocks. You will get the Zwift Camp Inside Out Socks upon completion of stage 1, the visor after completing 3 stages, and the Zwift Camp: Inside Out Kit after completing all 6 stages.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say the XP is probably still the same as it has been. I don’t even know if they’ve acknowledged this is something they consider an issue vs. by design have they?
Personally it’s odd to me that intervals give more XP than ramps especially if the ramps are from threshold to VO2 level power etc… I make all my long Zone 2 blocks out of intervals which is silly, but does give me a bit more XP.
Somebody needs to check that workout. After the 4 min ramp up you then go into a “ramp down” 4 mins that starts off for 15 seconds with a power increase.
Might just be how ramp segments work with the rounding and 15 second adjustments. Bet if they implemented the bug-reversion that they applied to “integration partner” workouts that it would work properly.
Is there a known issue that completed workouts do not count towards progression for the challenge? Or am I getting it wrong that I can only get progress via groupworkout? I thought that is on demand?
I just had the same issue (or so it seems). I completed Ramp It Up! (Lite). The Zwift Camp: Inside Out screen shows the check for completing the “on demand” workout, but the Progress still shows zero. I also see in my Companion that the Activities screen for my workout shows the workout as completed. The one thing that I suspect is that I chose a different route than the two routes that are coupled with Stage 1. Could this be a violation of the “on demand” option (i.e., I can ride “on demand” but I just use the route that matches the Workout)?
Just done the first long workout of stage 2. I’m sure it said get ready for 2 blocks of work when it should be 4.
EDIT It also didn’t credit me as completing the stage should i raise a ticket for this? Done as the official event at 4pm UTC. I know a rider that did 5pm UTC and rightly showing as 2 complete.
I had the same problem today. Completed Zwift Camp: Inside Out Workout 2|The Endurance Groove but the home page splash screen does not show that I completed it.
The completion of today’s 9am (PDT) Group Workout: The Endurance Groove on Sugar Cookie does show up in my zwift feed and the ZCA.
I completed the group workout today and the status bar doesn’t show that I competed it, even though the workout banner is showing Finished Workout: The Endurance Groove, 21 of 21 stars.
