I got credit via support for my ride. But to be honest, I´m still not happy with the reply. First I delivered the activity ID and screenshots, which have shown that I finished the workout and that it was marked as complete in the challenge with a wrong date .
I created a meet up on “hell of the north” loaded “ramp it up”. Support just asked for the screenshot from my feed and told me that I only finished the route and not the workout. I checked the log file and in this file I found the finished route and workout via the ID from the activity. Support told me, how generous, that they will set it as complete.

However, to avoid future issues, you need to do the workout inside the challenge, not as a Meetup.
Then add this to your FAQ maybe?! On demand is on demand, whereever I start the workout…
The completion date is changing everytime I log in from April 16 to 15 and back again. But yeah, there is no issue…
Same problem as others : i did the workout of stage 2, via the challenge Window, choosing Hell of North as route.
Yhe workout is marked as done, but the stage is not awarded…
Sort of glad to read on here that it is not just me, with not being credited with doing Stage 2. Did it on demand and on a different route.
Frustrating when glitches like this happen.

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that you completed the workout successfully. Amazing work! I’ve gone ahead and credited it to your account. Please log out and back in to see if it’s now showing as complete. If it’s still not appearing, feel free to reach out—we’ll be happy to take another look!
any chance this might be fixed or is it going to be the same every week. There were lots of users not getting registered for workout 2 last week and it seems like the issue is carrying over to this week as well.
Must be creating quite the number of support calls.
