I’ve recently bought a Saris Bluetooth turbo but I cannot get a spin down completed on it. Keeps telling me to keep spinning or yet kicks me out & I go back to my phone home screen. When I manage to open the app it also tells me there is no signal after initially connecting. I’ve paired the trainer to my Saris app and completed a spin down with no issues. Zwift seems not to do the same. I’m completely lost as to why it won’t complete a spindown.

This is a known problem, but it’s always best to calibrate in the manufacturer’s app rather than Zwift anyway.
