I had the same issue yhesterday. Did the Pump Room 8 and then some without any turns and got no achievement at the end of the ride.

Looking at your activities from yesterday, it looks like you rode Yorkshire a number of times. On the first three it looks like you received the Duchy Estate, Queenâs Highway, and Tour of Tewit Well badges, respectively. On the fourth ride, however, it looks like you just did the Tour of Tewit Well again (and did a few laps of it). You may just need to try this one again and be sure to pick the Royal Pump Room 8 route from the selection screen at the start. My guess is that you thought you had selected it for your last ride, but it somehow didnât âtakeâ, so you just did the same route you had done on the ride immediately prior.

i did pump room 8 course, did more than the route required, the screen even showed i had completed the badge route i even have the screenshot but when i checked in my badge list it was not there , i put a ticket in but no reply

Did you have the Zwift app open on your other device while riding or saving? Having Zwift open on multiple devices may cause that to happen. Check that Zwift is closed on all devices.
only zwift companion on an iphone, just incase the pc doesnt save it, that where i have the photo if the route achieved badge. i normally save it on pc and click the companion as well

It sound like your PC may have had network issues when you ended the ride.
You can put your .log file in zwiftalizer.com and look at your network.
@KJ_Sandover, I just looked you up on the companion app and it shows you as level one with no activities, do you use multiple accounts on Zwift? What account did you use for the ride that didnât give you the route badge?

definitely shows that you got the badge, not sure what happened? Try checking the log file in zwiftalizer as Gerrie suggested. It does look like you lost your HRM during the ride, but that shouldnât have caused issues with your network. That would be strange.
said the signal was up and down , i never checked the badge in the list to see if it was there after, just knew i had it from the onscreen message
Todayâs aim was to do the Royal Pump Room 8 to complete Yorkshire but when i spawned, my avatar automatically did a u-turn and sent me wrong way so ended up doing 2 laps of the â2019 UCI Worlds Harrogate Circuitâ instead.
After I finished my workout, I went back into that course and it spawned in the right place and facing to ride in the right direction (i.e. toward doing the Queens Highway loop anti-clockwise first). Dumb!
Iâm obviously not the first this has happened to but why is this still happening three years sfter it was first reported?
