Ride didn't save to zwift but is showing in zwiftpower

Hi there,

Did a race last night - 24km long. I can see my results in zwift power but I am getting an error on the companion app for the session. I put the file throuhg FIT files and received an error: There was an error processing your activity.:The upload is empty.

Is there anyway of retrieving the data from the session?

If you mean you tried Fitfiletools.com to repair the file and it failed, then I dont know of any other method to repair the file. Even if you had a valid fit file, I’ve not heard of Zwift helping a user out loading one manually.

I had a look at ZP and if it is your ZRL race, it looks like ZP also have incomplete data for you as it is also not using your fit file so I cant see any way you can recover from this, sorry.

Thanks Dean. Zwift was very slow last night so I am guessing the internet dropped when I tried to save and exit. Pity as my warm up and cool down both saved just not the actual race.

WTRL event racers racers seem disproportionately represented with incomplete data these days since it went T**s up earlier this year (it hasnt really fully recovered either judging by the volume of green lightning bolts in ZRL/WTRL events). Bit of a shame that Zwift keep breaking stuff and not fixing it.
