Resetting PB's

12 months ago I brought a new (Saris H3) turbo trainer and I need to clear/wipe my Wattage PB stats as are they are now unachievable given my new trainer is a lot more accurate than my old one (Elite Turbo Muin Direct Drive Trainer).

I’ve read online this used to be done by uninstalling and reinstalling the APP however from December 2022 this no longer works. As it appears the stats are stored on Zwift servers.

I run Zwift on my “AppleTV”, Ipad Pro and Iphone 13 (depending on the needs of the day).
I also have the companion APP.

Please can anyone help? I tried contacting one of the ambassadors but no-one came back to me on the chat or by email.

Thanks

Matt

IT not my forte but you might wish to look through this linked thread where there is a solution but it might only work for PC. I’m not sure I have seen a solution for Apple TV yet.

I hope this helps people understand a fix is coming, but no timescale

Matt

Well, we now know it wasn’t to be fixed in the 12 months of 2023!

The workaround is to email zwiftpower@zwift.com and tell them why you need your PRs reset.
