I just found out the click is no longer for sale after mine stopped working. It appears that Zwift wants to make money and have you buy a more expensive accessory in stead of supporting their own hardware. Alas no click for sale. Since it’s all about money its bye Zwift. I will cancel this week. Now I have to switch from the cog to my rear tire cassette and say hello ROUVY.
As you wish but they typically replace the failed ones at no charge
Possible suggestions for you:
As suggested by Paul firstly look to get a free replacement: Contact Us - Official Zwift Support | Zwift
or if you are going to change to a Cassette anyway why not change to a cassette and continue to use Zwift unit your month runs out, giving Zwift time to send you a new Click.
I see from your picture that you appear to have your own workshop - probably very handy at your own repairs? Have you read the following helpful forum posts?
I don’t know enough about your set up to really help but I think these three posts cover the main fault issues surrounding the Click and virtual shifting.
Keep trying with Zwift until you find the most helpful support.
I did contact support but I’m not holding my breath. From other posts I’ve read support has said they no longer support this part but may in the future. I just hate it when a company basically forces you to buy a more expensive option rather than support the product. They still make the clicker but they force you to buy a cog to get the clicker. It’s all about money. Ridiculous not to support a product they still make and could offer alone.
No they don’t.
The Click is still supported. Hopefully they will send you another one. They usually do. Good luck and let me know what you hear from them.
