Updated. Got the HRM permission pop-up and agreed. But my polar H10 wouldn’t connect. It was working just fine yesterday. I tried resetting the H10 but it still wouldn’t pair. My trainer pairs fine, it’s just the HRM. Any ideas?

Which trainer are you using? Some offer more HRM pairing options. I would also expect that pairing it via ANT+ would bypass any of the Bluetooth encryption issues with Polar devices.

Check and see if there is a firmware update for the H10. I have seen others say if needed it helped. We have two H10s and one has been a little cranky recently. It requires several attempts to connect then finally concedes. In the past it never failed to connect on the first try.

If you have the new update, you will need to consent to HR data first, it might not show up as usual on the pairing screen so make sure to check the “recommended” and “all” sections when pairing your HRM.
