“No Signal” in the pairing screen

FWIW, I spent $20 on a cheap ANT+ dongle with a long extension cord from Amazon, plugged it in, restarted Zwift and the connection problems immediately disappeared. I’m sure the Zwift branded dongle works as well or better.

@Pontus Glad that worked for you, but after spending $500 on the Zwift hub, I shouldn’t have to pay any other money to get it to work.

My Zwift hub has been losing signal off and on since November. I’ve not touched a thing, brought any other electrical or Bluetooth devices in the workout area. I’ve made sure all software is up to date on computer, app and hub. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired and paired again. It initially connects and then drops, connects for a second and then permanently drops. Then all of a sudden it will work for a couple of weeks, then no signal again. When I unpair and even turn off computer, the hub still shows the blue light (you would think it would start flashing again to try to find something to pair with but maybe it just doesn’t do that). I just emailed Zwift with pictures and asked for them to replace my hub as it’s only 2 months old.

Still no fix??? :rage:

Had “no signal” issue since couple of days. This post helped me a lot, thank you so much!!

  • Started Zwift, “no signal” on pairing screen
  • Unpaired all devices on Zwift pairing screen
  • Went to Windows 11 blutooth settings, removed (in german “entfernen”) the Zwift Hub
  • Back to Zwift pairing screen, paired again.

All works now, also Zwift Play, virtual shifting etc.

I had the same issue, but friend of mine helped and at the moment everything seems to be working fine. I bought a bluetooth adapter for about 10$, because many devices (mainly laptops) don’t have very good bluetooth and that can lead to loosing signal and, as I am aware, zwift doesn’t let that happen to zwift hub and. I can write in a few days if everything is still ok.

I used my Zwift Hub for a good year without a problem in the same setup.
Only after the latest firmware update the connection is flapping.
All my other bluetooth devices work just fine. It is an issue with the firmware/hub not the bluetooth connection/adapter of the computer.

Mabey this is the thing from the las update, I just bought Zwift Hub and before update it connected normally and everything was fine. My bluetooth also works fine: headphones, keyboard, mouse connects and works basically without lags, however i had no signal in Zwift and adapter helped. I just finished a ride without any problems. If nothing else works for you, you might consider this solution. Hope you find a fix for it.

Althogh the comments related to this topic seem to be rather old, I just had the same problem (November 2023).
What I also noticed was, than when ignored the warning and went into a world to ride, there was no other ride there.
I did two things - and after this all was fine:
(1) I disabled all NORTON anti-virus functions for 20 minutes
(2) with my WLAN I was on our Guest-account. The functionality of this connection seems to be limited in function. I switched to my “normal” WLAN connection.

Again, after this (and I switched all Norton fuctions on again) all was fine. I hope this will stay like this.

Update - today I had the problem again and above was not the reason.
