I don’t think the problem is with Connect. I did a ride using the Tacx Desktop App this morning and that transferred all the correct data to Connect OK.
Hi Shuji. Zwift partially syncing with Garmin Connect in that only speed is not recorded. I think I have updated garmin and zwift updates automatically. I can not figure out what happened or how to fix. Can you help? Thank you.

Hi all! I don‘t know if it is actually a problem of ZWIFT, but it occured since the last ZWIFT-update. The distance of the workout is wrongly transfered to GARMIN Connect. Like I made 103,53 km in ZWIFT and in GARMIN Connect it is displayed as 103.530,00 km!!
What is most anoying is, that GARMIN Connect does not change the wrong numbers, when you edit them! So maybe it is a problem with GARMIN Connect, but there was no softwareupdate and it worked in the past…

We are aware of an issue where fit files are uploading to third party platforms with missing information. We are currently working on a solution.

Does this issue impact users whose normal workflow is to download the FIT file from Zwift, and then manually import on Garmin Connect? Or is this only the automated syncing where it’s an issue?
Not sure about FIT file downloaded from Zwift, but manual upload from Documents\Zwift\Activities (Windows) is also affected.

I have the same problem since today and from yesterday in ergmode for those last two activities: Normalized power, energy (kJ), and average speed doesn’t sync with Garmin Connect anymore. These data are set to zero in Garmin Connect. At Strava there is one issue with 0 kJ for total energy.
So, same issue if I download from Zwift and import directly to any other provider (Strava, RWGPS, etc)… or just Garmin? ie. title of this bug report – it’s not just a ‘synching’ issue, and is it only Garmin?
In my experience the same file uploaded to Intervals.icu and Strava shows correct data, except for 0 kJ. Garmin shows distance multiplied by 1000 and 0 average speed (moving speed is correct).

Anyone knowing why the last days the speed info in Garmin Connect is 0.0 in exported / uploaded Zwift sessions?
I have the speed but the Max Speed is now 0.0 km/h. Been looking at friends activities and they have 0.0 km/h everywhere.
This is a new issue after latest updates on Zwift. It was working as usual two days ago…
EDIT: Also the Pulse and Power Zones are gone so, something has changed since a few days back with the sync to Connect!!!

I am having the same issue. When I go to the web site & look at the data it gets a bit weird I did a 27km ride & it showed 27000km. When you look at monthly totals it just adds 27km. 4 rides 4 different distances. I am running bt have just updated drivers. If it is still wrong will try ant then via the companion app.
