Hi together,
since the last zwift update the workouts don’t sync correctly anymore. Has there be a change in the data which is sent?
In my Garmin connect I can’t see the time spent in specific heart rate zones and power zones anymore, whereas the raw heart rate and power data is available. It also doesn’t tell me the average and max speed anymore. Here too, the raw velocity data is still available.
This still works with rides outside, so it seems to be an issue with the sync between Zwift an Garmin?
Is this a known issue and has anybody a workaround or a solution for this?
Thanks.
I also had the same thing after the latest update to 1.77.0. In Garmin Connect my ride shows as 55,150km rather than 55.15km (it seemed to import to Strava and other third parties OK though) and the NP wattage and perhaps some other stats were missing Garmin Connect I corrected the distance with a manual edit and everything was OK, but the original export was not right.
Same here. Zwift ride(s) from today show in Garmin Connect with 0 avg speed, correct avg speed in motion, 0 max speed, correct avg power, 0 normalised power, 0 int. factor, 0 avg temperature - all very strange. Didn’t happen yesterday
I can confirm this issue also happens to me. After manual editing the distance it is also showing the correct average speed, but without it is showing 0 km/h. So somehow, the Sync Zwift to Garmin Connect has some issues I would guess. As it seems to be correct in Strava.
I had the same problem on a ride this evening. Even uploading the FIT file from my Zwift setup and one downloaded from Zwift showed the same 21,000+ miles in Garmin with 0mph average speed. Actual mileage was 13.08 so I trimmed it to 13.07 and it worked just fine in Garmin.
Same issues here: no avg or max speed, no time-in-zone charts. My distance was .01 miles higher than Strava. When I edited distance to match Strava, average speed appeared—but still no max speed or charts.
(When I restored the original distance, it still shows avg speed, so it doesn’t seem like the inconsistency was the issue.)
Also, no normalized power. And I’m seeing zeros for “intensity factor” - though I don’t see any intensity factor on earlier rides, which makes me wonder whether the issue involves a change to Garmin Connect.
I had not seen a space for “intensity factor” or “ftp setting” before. Have you? In my results, see zeros for todays ride, And I don’t see “work’s which use to be below “normalized power”.
Hi all! I don‘t know if it is actually a problem of ZWIFT, but it occured since the last ZWIFT-update. The distance of the workout is wrongly transfered to GARMIN Connect. Like I made 103,53 km in ZWIFT and in GARMIN Connect it is displayed as 103.530,00 km!!
What is most anoying is, that GARMIN Connect does not change the wrong numbers, when you edit them! So maybe it is a problem with GARMIN Connect, but there was no softwareupdate and it worked in the past…
Help is highly appreciated!
