Hello, I installed a new justo 2 with cog today. Unfortunately, virtual shifting isn’t working. I get the error message “The trainer doesn’t support virtual shifting. The latest firmware (no. 36) is installed.” I’m at a loss. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

First I would make sure you are not using ANT+ (remove the adapter if you are using it) and try re-installing the app according to these instructions. Re-Installing Zwift
tried everything but unfortunately without success
Is your trainer connected via Wifi or Bluetooth? If via Wifi, try Bluetooth instead.
is only via bluetooth connected
I had a similar problem when I set up my Suito with Click V2. Resetting preferences worked for me.
Unfortunately, nothing worked for me. I reinstalled it on an iPad, a MacBook, and even a new Windows PC. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for any of them.
Hi @Marco_Bue,
Thank you for posting. I am Nelson from Zwift Support.
Thank you for following the steps suggested by @Stephen_Metcalfe and @Wannie. I would appreciate it if you could do a full reset of the trainer via the Elite Upgrado app, then re-pair everything from scratch in Zwift. Make sure to have the Zwift app running on only one device at a time and to have your trainer listed under “Resistance” and the Zwift Click paired under “Controls”.
Do not hesitate to contact us at Zwift Support if you need further assistance, and we will be there for you.
I’ve now manually reinstalled the firmware via upgrado (emailed to me by Elite). Now virtual shifting works.
