I bought the Elite Rivo with Zwift Cog yesterday.
I’ve installed and paired everything, and that all works fine.
However, when I want to start riding and try to shift using virtual shifting, it doesn’t allow me to shift.
I get a message saying that the system does not support virtual shifting.
Who can help me with this?
Have you updated the firmware on the trainer? You’re not using ANT+, are you?
Are you pairing the trainer via Bluetooth? Elite has not released a firmware update that would allow you to use virtual shifting when paired via WiFi.
Also verify that you have the latest Rivo firmware, using the Elite Upgrado app, and check the firmware on the Zwift controls via the Companion app.
Yes i have updated te firmware.
And also i dont use the ANT+
It’s strange because everything is activated but when i ride i can’t shift
Yes thats the sollution! I turned my wifi off and do it with bluetooth ! It works !
