All you need to do is repair your sensors and choose a different trainer, doesnt take more than a minute or two.

hi libby, and what please problem us who canā€™t connect to zwift?
we have no information and unlike other cyclists we cannot use Zwift at all. itā€™s been almost a week. :pensive:

Basically a shambles, this update:

  • Game crashing when using chat
  • Non-smart power estimating suddenly wildly inaccurate
  • Dodgy ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, with no RX logging
  • Various other reports of newly observed problems, like being teleported to the wrong world

These arenā€™t minor problems. Itā€™s not good enough.

Also, I suppose in reality the save without exit function was included in the release as a normal feature save for some magic bit that every employee had to toggle at home within the next 24 hours to see if the thing would self-destruct or not, after which the magic bit was toggled for everyone. And this was then explained as some new capability to update the software without having to update it.

In terms of other serious issues (e.g. groups of users who canā€™t use Zwift at the moment), add:

  • Wired trainers donā€™t work any more

QA (lack of it) seems to be getting worse, not better.

Feature toggling also reduces the risk of introducing new features. In case the ā– ā– ā– ā–  hits the fan, they can just toggle the feature off for all users.

I have exactly the same issue with no first gear and the 5 in front of the Gear. Driving me nuts!

Is this a Zwift issue?

Hi. I saw someone posted on the forum that since the update Zwift has the gears on the Wattbike as running from 2-23 rather than 1-22. In view of this Iā€™ve been in one gear higher than usual and seem to be putting out the same number of watts. As for the 5, apparently itā€™s just an ā€œharmless bugā€-irritating all the same though!

Oh! I wonder if thatā€™s why my Kickr Bike dropped yesterday. Wouldnā€™t reconnect either. Switched to ANT+, which means no ā€˜steeringā€™.

So, that leads up to ā€˜When is steering going to be available in ANT+ modeā€™?

exactly. I and other people cannot use a trainer. Zwift should solve this and then deal with minor problems. I refuse to pay for something that has stopped working.

Iā€™ve had trouble on both iPad and Appletv with the camera zooming in and out like it does with speed changes but speed on HUD is not changing. Itā€™s not all the time, will just be steady cruising and then itā€™s like it canā€™t figure out how to draw me properly.

Mine is as others described. Happened at 30 minutes. Zwift just went away. Files were present.
