I know Apple Watch is not supported but it still used to work albeit it was flakey - eventually you could get a stable connection. Now in this version it will not pair at all.

Your options are try Heartcast which will probably work now, or wait for a fix, or buy a normal HRM, or try another cycling app

Just tried this on my iPhone instead of iPad with companion and it works ! I can still mirror to my Apple TV - I did try the heart cast app thing but the companion app kept firing up and getting in the way on the watch
Evan – I am getting big black boxes flashing during riding, making the app unusable. This is a new problem over past few days. I did a clean install this am and still have a problem. I see this has been an issue in the forums for months – can we expect a timely resolution or should just give up on the app? Here is a screen shot watching someone else on screen.

Echoing that the Apple Watch issue is a major problem that I hope the dev team is working on. We have been able to seamlessly use our Apple Watches for months, but this update now prevents Apple Watch users from fully utilizing the product.
Regardless of official support announcements, we could all use our Apple Watches before this update. Now, all the Apple Watch users cannot fully use the service.
I highly respect what the Zwift team delivers and hope this issues is quickly resolved.

Echoing others here. Update broke connection to PowerLabs HRM. Connect via CA and Zwift Hub. Game is on my iPad. Says HRM is paired has a signal but no data. Changed the battery in the HRM. Unpaired and re-paired the HRM, no luck. Power cycled everything - iPhone, Hub and iPad - and got data for about 10 seconds into the ride, then disconnect. Never came back. Signal strength looked low, which is odd considering all devices are within about a foot of each other.

The little white line that you can drag across your CP graph at the end of the ride wasn’t lining up with the data that was reading in the box above the white line.
My cursor in this shot was in the middle of the power/HR spike, but the white line is clearly off to the left. Yet the text box that travels with the white line was reading the right info from where my cursor was.
Well, it seems that with this update they have completely broken Apple Watch connectivity. There is another thread with almost 60 replies (so far). I hope they can bring back the old patchy functionality while they create the promised new one.

It seems for me this update broke the floating icon on top of the robopacers. I no longer see that floating stopwatch thingy above the robopacers. Chatting with others in the game they still saw it (guy on Android answered when I asked). I’m running latest release on macos latest version of Sonoma.
Small complaint but when there is a big pack with the robopacer it’s nice to see that floating icon to gauge if I’m falling behind/ahead etc.

Yup, same here, they broke it with this update.
Very frustrating.
GPLama mentioned that support for the Apple Watch was coming and that we should be able to connect to Zwift like any other HR monitor.
All the other updates that he mentioned have now been implemented, so I’m wondering will support for the Apple Watch be included in the next update.

I really don’t want to buy any more junk just to get HR in Zwift.
I had this too, looks like the same worlds as I had issues with (Scotland, Paris and Yorkshire), all in the tdz stages as well.

Last week i could still train and the trainer was adjusting power levels. In free ride the power levels were wrong as described by multiple other users already. After the update of today its worse. In training nu elite does nothing anymore
Exactly the same issue as last week… you sure there isn’t an issue with Wi-Fi connections on kickr’s?

Hello, I have been a user of a Zycle Smart Zbike for 10 months and because of this update my watts are significantly lower. The problem is that this smart bicycle comes calibrated at the factory and it is not possible to calibrate it at home.
Is there any solution?
One option is to deceive and put less weight on the avatar, but I rule out this option since I prefer to put real data.
