Thank you. I am aware but the workaround requires creating an additional 3rd party account. I was asking for a fix, not a workaround these are two very different thingsā¦

This is super crazy - that this Withings link is still broken.

itās only been 18 months since it was broken by a Zwift update to introduce kids weights 
Crazy but this is the norm with Zwift bugs/development/communication. They would be better to remove the withings connection as an option under your zwift profile and just tell us itās not supported rather than leaving a feature broken for 18 months which they are not working to fix.

Fully agree. Using 3rd party service is not a solution itās kinda cheating. Moreover if the syncing worked beforeā¦

Rejoined Zwift after some months. Cant believe this is still a known bug with all the new regulations/restrictions to weight cheating in races. The āconnectionā is still available to establish a sync with Withings - with no functuonality.
Lets see what will comes first - rowing, customizable UI or syncing your weightā¦

I was just idly wondering when this had been fixed, and it looks like the answer is still Zoon.
Many people are using Withings ā Fitbit ā Zwift sync as a workaround for this issue. Unfortunately Withings ā Fitbit sync is also broken now. Fitbit reports to be working on solving itā¦

@shooj Any update on when the Withings issue might be fixed? Itās been nearly two years since this ticket was created. I know itās not a critical bug, but surely something like this is more important than the Watopia Whales āremaining in the best timelineā from the last update.

Wonder if it is not broken for everyone, it āseemsā like mine has been updating (last update that Zwift pulled from my withings scale via the Fitbit hack was 3 days ago). Not sure if Zwift should be picking this up every day, but it is at least working some of the time.

Try to unlink and relinking your withings to fitbit see this link.
It updated 3 days agoā¦ when itās actually working properly does it update each time you launch Zwift, or does Zwift only check every couple of days? If itās supposed to update every day Iāll try unlink/relinking.
Mine update every time.

For me fitbit-sync broke a few weeks back, and this simple un/relink fixed it

The direct sync from withings to zwift is broken since over a year. I used the fitbit workaround described on zwift insider (search for āwithings fitbit hackā) but by end of January also the fitbit weight sync stopped working.
Is there any hope that the withings sync is ever repaired? (If not it might be wise to remove it from the connection page altogether)
Is there another known hack how to sync from withings to zwift?
