it’s only been 18 months since it was broken by a Zwift update to introduce kids weights 
Crazy but this is the norm with Zwift bugs/development/communication. They would be better to remove the withings connection as an option under your zwift profile and just tell us it’s not supported rather than leaving a feature broken for 18 months which they are not working to fix.
