Failed to Login. Check internet connection

Same problem in Portugal, with vodafone I think it is from the last update of windows 10

Did you do the test to see if you can reach the zwift server using the link above?

Gerrie, not sure what you are referring to…not very tech savvy…usually get a friend to work out bugs but confinement/self distancing Not helping…

I’ve also had the same problem. Tried logging in and logging out; restarted phone and also MacBook Air without success.

Try ‘change user’ type in the same details.

Landline FTTC connection. Currently working right now accessing this page but not to login on Zwift.

I am using version 1.0.59353
As you can see this is the 2nd time in a week it has failed and getting frustrating. I see from posts above even with all connection tests green people are experiencing login failures.

Can someone from Zwift support help here or do i need raise a formal ticket to engage. I don’t want to wake early each time wondering if im going to strike it lucky and login.

Just because your have a fiber connection doesn’t mean your router and modem don’t need a periodic reboot. Have you tried that?

So frustrating. I have tried everything that is mentioned here (including all green marks for reachability test) but none of my devices are logging into zwift. Have tried iPAD, android mobile and Macbook
I am able login to zwift dashboard web version and see the activities… just terrbile forced to miss the ride!

Have also tried all above fixes. Still no luck (Mac Catalina 10.15.7). It’s weird because I’ve never had any issues before.

Same problem again “fail to login to account” - still got full internet connection - but this error pops up every 3-4 weeks

Try restarting your router and modem to see if that resolves the issue.

The issue could also be at your ISP.

Did this ever get a solution? I’ve got the same problem on my PC. I can sign in and connect with my iPhone but the PC comes up with the “check internet” message. Have deleted and reinstalled the program, checked the server access re the test above and all good, have stopped and started the router. Anything else I can try to get the PC working?
