I don’t understand zwift is giving an error updating on d: drive but hi is instaled on c:
The D:\git.… path refers to their build environment, not your computer
Hmm ok thx so the problem is not the path
Right. I am not sure what the problem is but there are a few things you can try:
- Turn off OneDrive or any cloud storage software that uses the Documents directory
- Turn off any anti-virus software other than Defender
- Turn off Controlled Folder Access if it’s enabled (see this topic)
- Make sure the disk is not full
- Do a clean reinstall of Zwift
If you’re not able to resolve it, contact support
Ok thanks i will try that
Hi @Bruno_Fernandes2, I’m Juan from Zwift. I took a look at your game logs and saw that you completed a few rides after you posted your query here. I guess everything is fine. If not, please feel free to contact us.
I thought the problem was solved but it’s not I didn’t get to understand this it shows error popups on updating from time to time but doing the check manually says it’s up to date. so i disabled automatic update and it updates normally without any error when i start the game the game was updated recently this was before the update i keep the automatic update off didn’t try to activate it after the update
