I’ve attempted everything. Reboot, clean reinstall, 3 different ways to connect to the internet, deleting zwift folders, etc… I still receive the following message during an update.
So, I have paused my account because I can’t use it.
Every time it seems to be associated with a problem with the global.wad file
When I look at it it is a zero byte file
I’m at a loss
I tried again today, both wired and wireless. Still having the same issue
From another thread about this issue. Do you use onedrive or other backup syncing software?
I realized today that since this issue started i have had the Google drive backup disabled
I did the procedure and the error message is gone. Now the game starts but then when it gets to the login screen it crashes and goes back to the desktop without making any mistakes. Does anyone know how to fix?
