Well, I have uninstalled the program three times. Then installed via the Zwift website, once. Once from my original download and the final was a new download. All three times it automatically update to the Nov. 18th update. Start the program and it crashes at login.
Could Zwift please email me directly to resolve this problem.

Crashes after log in screen
Same problem here. All worked fine immediately prior to the update, then updated at the end of a ride and Zwift crashes on login immediately after the blue screen. I also received the firewall error message first time round. Core i7, Windows 7 and Intel HD 4000 - all worked well this afternoon.
Same bull#### here too on win 7 tried everything wonder if they will still want there dd payment this month
Hey everyone - we’ve been working feverishly on this and we’ve identified the likely suspect. We’ll keep you updated on this thread when we’re closer to a resolution.
Please continue to report the Windows OS version, GPU card model & graphics driver as in the first post above. All of your reports have helped a great deal to identify what’s happening.
Also - if you’re an iOS / AppleTV user with similar symptoms - please weigh in on this other discussion. Thanks.

I installed update. Now Zwift crash after “Login Successful” screen. Frustrated
I’m going to Montreal for the weekend… Hopefully by Monday it’s sorted. I’ll be needing my Zwift fix by then.
I have the Zwift start up crash also.
Zwift was working fine before the update.
OS: Windows 7 64 bit Professional.
Graphic card: HD Graphics 3000.
Driver version: 9.17.10.2849
I hope this information helps.
I’m trying to sign in to do a ride, but I cannot sign in.
I guess no Zwifting for me today.
P.S. (extra information):
I think that my firewall is now blocking Zwift also.
I hope that this extra information helps also.
Side note:
I see that the “gstatic” issue has not been fixed either
(but, that is another topic).
Same issue. Updated and haven’t been able to get past the “logging in” page.

UPDATE: We released the fix for this in version 1.19.1 (1.0.100133) for Windows only. Please update at your earliest convenience.
