Im no expert but this is going to have to be sorted at zwifts end.How long is the question
Hello, the same problem. In the morning works fine, after update begin to crash .

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Driver version: 10.18.10.3431
Samsung Windows 10 Pro
Intel HD Graphics 3000

Come on Zwift Team, you should have tested this before the upgrade !!
I have this problem.
My OS: Win 8.1
My video adapter: Intel HD Graphics
My video driver: 10.18.14.4112
Guys we are paying you real money for that. Don’t do this to us.
I’ve got the same problem since updating. Crashes after log-in confirmation & the person on a bike is on the screen with the Zwift music - just goes straight back to Windows desktop screen.
Win10 on an old Acer laptop
Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000
Driver Version 9.17.10.4459
And please stop blaming our setups all these worked fine until todays update .Very quick to blame old operating systems which worked perfectly until now
Yeah, I had the same thing. A Windows Defender Firewall dialogue box came up saying it had blocked Zwift something something blah blah. Should have taken a screenshot in hindsight.
Doesnt matter we all seen it
My Windows 10 system is running it just fine too. Perhaps this has to do with integrated graphics cards not being powerful enough for the new world, seems to be a common thread?
I have the same. WIN 7 Pro
Had a good ride today afternoon.
Everything works.
And now after update zwift crash after login
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
Driver: 9.17.10.4229
Update 2021.11.19:
After zwift uptade it works again and I hope that remains so.
Thanks for quick support
Windows 10
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
Driver version : 9.17.10.4459
I appreciate that my machine falls below the specs recommended for the app but it worked ok yesterday!!!
Possibly. Though you don’t load into it (it’s that world 0), perhaps the game is trying to unpack/process assets as soon as you start it up in anticipation of what you will choose.
Seems they had pretty much same problem after last update in october said flicked a switch at hq to sort it .Surely cant be same thing again one month later
Windows 7 Pro
Display adapter: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Driver: 9.17.10.3062
Worked this morning OK. Since updating it now crashes immediately after the ‘Login Successful’ screen appears. Windows Firewall message the first time it happened.
windows 10
cartes graphiques intel HD graphics 3000
pilote 9.17.10.4459
I took the update today and Zwift hangs. I get to point of selecting my world and it never gets there.
Dell XPS 13, Windows 10, Intel Iris Graphics 540, Driver 26.20.100.7986
I have also tried a fresh reinstall and that did not work either.

I have two devices.
win10 laptops have the same problem.
win10 desktop works normally.
Both versions are 1.19.0.
Maybe it’s not an update issue.
I think it’s a ZWIFT server problem as last time.
On devices that haven’t logged in for a day or two, it’s probably works normally.
or
ZWIFT’s servers are denying all connections from devices with specific hardware information.
We are also having exactly the same problem since updating zwift will not launch & get kicked back to the home screen! Also tried unintalling & reinstalling with no change. Looks like looking through this thread that we are not the only ones.
Windows 8.1
HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
[17:50:05] Log Time: 17:50:05 2021-11-18
[17:50:05] Game Version: 1.0.100118
Zwitft program crash after graphics start and login successful.
Same issue on near new laptop with easily minimum Zwift specs. Windows 10,new game version, latest win update.
Starts loading world and then hangs for 5mins,before finally coming up bluescreen and saying something is wrong with a sad face. And I was bloomin sad too
Unable to enter event pens on two other devices as well
BUT! Everything worked ok on my full noise gaming PC and 2nd tier gaming PC.
Is that going to be the case now? Having to run thousands of dollars of gaming pc to have the game load then run at 40FPS when it does 200+fps in Ultra in other games???
