Remark: Got several “NETCLIENT:[ERROR] Error receiving TCP payload [2] End of file” messages during that ride.
Today everything was working fine and neither UDP nor TCP Errors/Warnings were shown.

Same problem here. From last update chat is not working. No messages between friends neither leader messages.

Same problem here on mac – not interner speed issue runnnig super smooth on UHD with external GPU.
Since last update - no group messages… but phoned mates and they seem to see mine ?? Also leaderboards im solo now and seem to get all the jerseys with out earning them so thats a bummer…
Please help – problem now especially during haute route series and can’t see leaderboards on climbs etc…

Maybe if we each submit a ticket a day this will get fixed?
I don’t think that is a good idea, Support is already overwhelmed with new rider questions, kids accounts and event requests. All on top of the difficult situation with the Corona virus.

I submitted a ticket for this problem 2 days ago - no answer till now. At the beginning I thought I’m the only one with this problem but then I found this thread…
Precision: when I say “network issue”, I don’t mean that the network is in cause (slow or malfunction), but only that the issue manifests as a network issue. It can be a bug in the Zwift software or an issue with the Zwift server

Great! With so many new riders there should be more revenue, and maybe Zwift could put some of it into hiring new devs. You know, fixing some long standing bugs would definitely ease the work of support too.

UPDATE: the latest game update (April 3 US Time) fixed these issues for me!

Dear Theia, which game Update? For zwift or for the companion app? If I have a look in the playstore both apps are right now up to date. It doesn’t seem that there is a new update? 
Hello I am having same issues chat not working and I take all the jerseys…I am on Android was fine before last update.then nothing have emailed Zwift every day no reply as yet… fingers crossed they can fix soon.its starting to get annoying

Game version 1.0.48638 fixes chat and ride ons for me as well. It’s the update that adds 3rd World selection.

I just launched Zwift to make a test. I confirm that the new version 1.0.48638 fixed the bug (at least for the chat, I didn’t test other issues).
All sorted out for me in the latest update today.

How do I get this new game version? Automatically when starting zwift? At the moment my version is 1.0.48307.
Do you have automatic updates enabled, for Play store?
If not, go to Play store, menu, my apps and games, and check if the update for Zwift is listed there.
Hei, this is now fixed for me. Using android beta version on TabS3.
Thank you! Now I’ve the newest version but it still doesn’t work for me.
Everything back to normal with the new update. Using Windows. Will update again
