My Zwift subscription renewal does not work properly via Apple Pay. Everything looks fine in Apple Pay, but ended up in trial mode today. Help please!

For issues like this, the best way to get you assistance would be to have you reach out to Zwift support through email at email@example.com, or reach out to us through our chat by clicking the “Contact Us” button on the top right corner of our support site https://support.zwift.com
Don’t waste your time with emailing support. See this thread that explains how to “restore your purchase”. It’s something that happens quite frequently with paying through apple. They charge your card but there is a delay between apple and Zwift so Zwift thinks your subscription isn’t active.
