Problem subsciption

I have a problem with my subscription. On february 9th I renewed my subcription. I paid this with apple pay and I can see on my iphone is last until march 9. Then I could ride on zwift for three days and then after those 3 days when I logged in they asked to renew my subsciption but I already paid. I send an email to zwift support but they didn’t react. So how can I fix this problem so I don’t have to pay again for this month?

It can be frustrating when something we already paid for doesn’t go through like it should. Just take a moment to double-check the next steps to sort this out:

  1. Make sure your Apple device is logged into the correct Apple ID that the purchase was made on. Then, log into the game with that same Apple device and select the Restore Purchase button to link the subscription to their account. If the restore button doesn’t pop up, reinstall the game app.
  2. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is likely the subscription was linked to another account that uses the same device.
  3. You can also log out and log in again from your Apple ID sometimes that does the trick to refresh all your purchases in the App Store.

Thanks for the help, but I have still the same problem. Is it maybe possible to refund my money and then pay my subsciption with the Visa instead of apple pay? Because I already read that several people have problems paying their subsciption with apple pay. Or are there any orher solutions?

You can request a refund from Apple following this article

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”

Cancel your membership with Apple, and once it expires, reactivate directly with us.

  1. Go to zwift.com/billing/membership and if necessary, sign in.
  2. Select the membership type you’d like to take out.
