At my wits’ end trying to renew my subscription this evening having been booted out of the app mid-race! It’s basically impossible. Apple have taken my money but my subscription still hasn’t renewed.
Any advice?!
Pay Zwift directly, do not pay via Apple
Hi Paul. It won’t allow me to do that. Just keeps taking me back to Apple. It’s infuriating.
Well you may be able to get Zwift support to give an authoritative answer but my guess is you might need to cancel first. Apple renewals are frequently delayed so it’s often a bad experience. Unfortunately a common problem. It’ll probably clear up given some more hours to process.
