Hi, I have had a Zwift membership for years and done around 5000km in the game, only really use Zwift in the winter months. I logged in to renew my membership last week and have been charged the £17.99.
I’ve logged in today and it now it now comes up with the Join Zwift Today screen. I’ve went into Apple subscriptions and can see it is to renews on 18th December. If I click on ‘Subscribe’ in Zwift it says the same, then says it belongs to someone else even though the email addresses are the same.
Anyone else had simular and know a fix? Frustrating thing is you can’t actually speak to anyone to get a quick resolution.
Sure the forum is littered with reports like this going back years. Always related to paying via Apple. Get a refund from Apple and pay on the Zwift website.
Weird, others have been able to get a refund. I mean they have sold you a subscription and not delivered a subscription, which isn’t legal anywhere on earth that I know of.
I have just went back to them outlining that and see what comes back, I’ve also contacted Zwift it’s just such a drawn out process. What happened to actually just speaking to someone instead of p###ing everyone off when something goes wrong.
