I renewed my memebership successfully via the app, then tried to use it. It said another user had the same itunes account and to use another one. Help!
I recommend renewing on the zwift.com website instead of via Apple. There is no need to pay via iTunes, but if you really need to for some reason, contact support. If Apple took your money already, you can request a refund from them.
Thanks Paul but I have already renewed via Apple, it has taken the money. It recognises that I have paid but doesn’t let me ride via that error message. I tries to contact support via chat but nothing happens (I am in Australia so maybe they are not available?). Do they take email queries?

Support can probably sort it but best case scenario is you never pay via Apple again. It’s not reliable.
