Yes, thanks for the filters reset tip, which worked. However the zwift companion app still does not work in game for me. I know I wasn’t (and presumably am still not) alone in having this issue.
The reasons for this can be far and wide and there’s multiple threads about it.
Anti virus software, employer restrictions on company equipment and even router settings have been shown to cause issues.
Have a good search of the forums as the answer could be within.
