Anyone else having issues accessing the Events section on Android since the update?
I’m just getting a Network Error message.

Events are loading fine for me on the latest Companion on Android (Pixel 8 Pro, Android 15). I’m also UK.

This is on home Internet, not phone carrier.

Had the same problem. After I switched off and on all the filters for the events and re-sorted them after a reset, everything worked as desired again :grinning:.

Same problem here in the UK (Android 15). Pressing the Reset Filters button in the Filters section fixed it for me too.

Filter reset solved the problem.

Yep, all good after filter reset.

A reset of the filters (even though I didn’t have any on) worked for me too. Can finally see events again.

Thanks.

Issue is also affecting my club events. Resetting filters worked for the public events but in my club events (I am club owner)

, there is no option to reset filters. So if I go into the club events section, I can’t see any of our events. In clubs where I am a member (not owner) there is no problem seeing the events.

Yep same problem. I’m gonna check out that filter reset solution…

I see the Companion app just had an update 12/3/2024 on my phone. Since that update, when I try to open events I get a network error message. All other parts of the Companion app work great.

Any solutions?

Other people with this issue said that it was fixed by resetting their event filters.
